From candidates: name, email, LinkedIn URL, uploaded CV, and other submitted information.

How We Use Data

We use information to create job links, deliver applications, generate summaries (if enabled), improve our service, and provide support. We never sell data.

Data Retention

Application data is stored only long enough to deliver to the job creator. We retain limited metadata to operate the service. Users can request deletion at any time.

Sharing

We may share information with email providers, automation tools, and AI services for summarisation (if enabled). We do not sell or rent personal data.

Looply uses minimal cookies for functionality and analytics. We implement reasonable security measures, though no system is fully secure.
