These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Looply. By accessing it, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Looply lets you create job links, share them publicly, receive candidate applications by email, and optionally use AI-generated summaries. It is not an ATS, job board, or employer-of-record service.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, post only legitimate job opportunities, handle candidate data responsibly, comply with hiring and privacy laws, and manage payments independently.

3. Candidate Data

You are the data controller for applicant information. You must handle it securely and lawfully. Looply processes applications as your service provider only.

4. Prohibited Uses

Do not post misleading or fraudulent content, collect data without legitimate purpose, spam candidates, or attempt to disrupt the service.

5. AI Summaries

Candidate data may be processed by third-party AI models and summaries may contain inaccuracies. You remain responsible for hiring decisions.

6. Service Availability

Looply is provided "as is" and may be updated or discontinued. We are not liable for third-party failures.

7. Limitation of Liability

Looply is not responsible for losses from job posts, hiring decisions, or data misuse. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or platform misuse.

9. Changes to Terms

Continued use means you accept updates.
